If you go here:

Scroll to the bottom to where it says:

How do I leave the Apple Beta Software Program?

To leave the Apple Beta Software Program, you must first sign in, then click the Leave Program link. If you leave, you will stop receiving emails about the Apple Beta Software Program and will no longer be able to submit feedback with Feedback Assistant.

If you click on that link and sign in, you can leave the program.

That's what I did and the Beta Updates selection stopped showing for me. You can give that a try and see if it works for you.

I left the Beta program per your instructions. Still see it in software updates, perhaps I have to give it some time.

When I left the Beta program using that link, I forgot about doing so and checked software update a few hours later and it was gone. So it may take some time but hopefully it works.

I have just done the steps you said and I just saw that I don’t have "Ubdate" beta option in my iPhone 14
Thanks a lot
