Remove Bootcamp partition

    I have been trying to remove my bootcamp partition, but using bootcamp assistant "remove windows is grayed out out? any suggestions?

    Remove bootcamp partition

    I figured it out, in disk utility you have to click the minus tab, and it deletes the boot camp partition.

    No. You should fire up Boot Camp Assistant and select "Remove Windows."

    I had erased windows earlier
