Remove device from Apple Support list

So as I'm sure ye all know, all devices you registered to your Apple username are listed on the Apple Support website if you log into it: https://mysupport.apple.com/

Anyhow you used to be able to remove devices, but having just sold on a 4 year old macbook, when I'm trying to remove it from MySupport list I cannot - there is no longer an option.

Anyone know how to remove it?
