Remove duplicate photos iphoto/picassa

Looking for suggestions on the easiest app to accomplish this.. thanks.

There is no reasonable expectation that an application can do this accurately. There are just too many ways to end up with multiple copies of the same photograph. If duplicate photographs are an issue for you, then you had better be willing to go through your gallery and identify the duplicates by inspection and remove duplicates one-by-one.

Duplicate Annihilator by Brattoo Propaganda Software works for me in iPhoto.
