remove efi from disk that was in hackintosh

So I had a 256gb hdd that was used in my hackintosh, and I want to use it in my mini, however no matter how I clone it it wont boot, and the weird thing is I notice it says EFI Boot for the name, no matter what i name it in OSX, I have tried using windows to delete all partitions and starting there but it seems to still stay. How can I wipe the MBR info from the drive to clear off the EFI BOOT info?

You should be able to boot a gparted boot-cd and remove the partitions from that.
