Remove garbage from compressed files

Hi,

I want to know how to remove temp files from zipped files. When I open these zip files on Windows I can see OS X system files.

Any help?

Mac specific files like ".DS_Store" can be removed from zip files using (for example) ZipCleaner:

or use (for example) Keka for creating archives (configure to use zip instead of default 7zip + check for not including mac resource forks):
