Remove iCloud

Anyone know how to remove iCloud software (as an internet network) from Yosemite?

I'm stuck in a loop at installation, where I'm forced into system preferences, forced to agree to apple's terms, otherwise same pop up keeps coming back to sync with an account that I don't want to sync with ...

I dont think you can remove the icloud software itself easily but it should allow you to not enable it however I still think you need to have an Appleid to link the install to - is that what you are seeing?
