Remove iOS 7 download - not installed

I upgraded to iOS 7 on my iphone 4 and was not happy with the experience. I rolled back to 6.1.3. Apple promptly re-downloaded the update to my phone and I have a settings notification to install iOS 7.

Since I am not going to update again, is there a way to delete the download? Or at least remove the notification? Thanks.

You can't remove the annoying badge without jailbreaking.
