I have Finder set to display Bonjour servers in the sidebar. However, my DVR shows up as one such server and I not only never need to access it, but I couldn't even if I wanted to. Is there a way (Terminal command or such) that I can remove this specific server from appearing in the sidebar? I want all other Bonjour servers to still appear there.

If the DVR has sharing models iin it then that means the cable company is monitoring it to see what you are watching. See if you can log into the server to see what happens.

    No, it doesn't.
However, you can assume that all viewing metrics are tracked by either your cable company, Tivo, or a 3rd party service hired by those companies.
