For those of you that are getting the message about the unlimited data not being compatible, I got the same thing but when I hit "continue" it had the option for "Unlimited Data for iPhone 4S" as an option instead of "Unlimited Data for iPhone". I attached the confirmation email from AT&T.

If you're grandfathered into the unlimited AT&T plan (like me), keep in mind that AT&T is now throttling you once you use "too much" data. It's unclear as to how much "too much" actually is. Some say that "too much" is "when you fall into the top 5% of users" -- whatever that is -- but others say that the limit is 2GB. If it's really 2GB, I'm probably jumping ship to Verizon, even though I really don't use all that much data.
