Removing AIR from my iCloud account

I recently did a clean install of ML on my MBA, problem is when I go to my iCloud tabs on any of my devices, it treats my previous installation as a separate device so I have my Macbook air on there twice now. How can I remove the previous instance?

Thanks, when I checked it only had a single MBA listed, but it looks like the problem has corrected itself, when I went to my icloud tabs it only had one MBA in there which is exactly how it should be.
