Removing Albums from iTunes store which are incorrectly linked to my name

Hi,

I have several albums on itunes (and therefore apple music too, plus various other sites like spotify etc that link to this) and I've just noticed that there are a couple which are not mine - the artist has the same name as me.

The problem is they are linking to my page and I don't want them there - how do I tell itunes that they are not mine and get them off my page?

Having spoken to apple support over chat they've sent me to the legal claims form below - so hopefully that'll do the trick!
