Say I manually added a theme to my iPhone. Is there anyway to remove it other then manually going back in and deleting it through an explorer program? Would a restore remove it?

Yes a restore would remove it but why? iFile would work or cyberduck if on mac. Your theme is in /var/stash/themes just delete from there and respring.

To be honest I don't remember what I have and haven't manually added over the last few months. Without knowing I wanted to know if there was a way to delete it.

Yes the restore would remove your jailbreak and clear out any themes, tweaks that you have done starting fresh and upgrade your iOS to 5.1.1.

You can also goto Cydia and look under manage/applications and see if you have themes there.

    What theme are you using?
