When I received my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the following apps were pre-installed (outside the built-in system apps):

-Apple Store
-Clips
-GarageBand
-iMovie
-iTunes U
-Keynote
-Numbers
-Pages

Although Apple explicitly states they come pre-installed, have you deleted them when you got your iPhone, or have you not bothered?

I deleted GarageBand and Books and Maps (I use Google Maps as Apple Maps suck big time).

I didn’t bother. Just hid them in a folder.

For me, every time I get a new phone I always DFU Restore my phone on it's first boot, so in that process those pre-installed apps are also removed on the spot. But if and when I need one of those apps, I can just go and download it from the App Store.

I always delete those apps as they are inconsequential for system functionalities whatsoever and occupies spaces.
