General Removing jailbreak without permanently losing space

Hey everyone iam going to sell my 6.1 jailbroken ipad and want to remove it and install ios 7.

Now do I have to put it in DFU mode which i dont even know how, or can i just plug it into my laptop and restore as new device from itunes?
