Does anybody know how to remove the Logitech Control option under the preferences then other? I tried to uninstall it but it is still there.
 
You mean that their own uninstaller didn't seem to work, even after you re-booted?

You can go into /Library/PreferencePanes and drag it out and then, re-boot. You should be able to delete it at that point.
