iPod removing movies

how do i delete movies from my ipod 5g 30gb video

you can uncheck them in iTunes, then re-sync.
(to view videos like that instead of the grid: in the upper right, there's two buttons, one has four lines.. click on that one, not the one with four squares.)

EDIT: i just changed it to manually manage songs and playlists. it i can manage it all fine now
