Removing Office 11 BETA and installing full retail version

Hi,

Have been trying out the office 11 beta trial. I love it and works great. My trial ends this month so have purchased a full retail copy for £40.
The Disc arrives today. I want to find out do I install over the top or should you remove Office 11 first? If you have to remove the beta version do i just drag the application to the trash.

Come on guys surely someone here is able to answer this?
 
I know that to remove the full retail version of Office for Mac 2011, which I have, you just drag it to the Trash because. I assume you can do the same for the beta, which I have not used.
 
Or you can just install over it. But, to fully remove the beta, use an App like AppZapper to sniff out related files. Or you can do a search in spotlight to find all the beta files.
