I just took a photo with my iPhone 5s and soon as I did, the image of my photo appeared at the bottom-left hand corner of the camera app. How can I remove it and still keep my photos?

I WANT to keep the photos, but not have them be looked at from the Camera app itself....

That's the thing, you can't lock the camera app from the lock screen, unless you disable it. Photos taken while logged in can't be seen from the lock screen. Photos taken from the lock screen cant be seen after the device is locked. Other than that that's seems to be the way it is.

Please see my attached image. So there is no way to remove images taken within the camera app?
I marked the image with a red square to let you all know what I mean.
I still want to keep the photos, but not inside the camera app which can be viewable at all times....
So there is no possible way of doing this?
    If not, oh well....

I think this is a huge privacy concern in my opinion. Especially for the people who do not know how to disable it.

Mine hides what the previous image taken was anytime I pull the camera up from the lock screen. Shows just shows grey instead of the previous image. (See cropped screenshot)

The only time it actually shows me the previous image is while I'm actually taking photos with the camera.

There's no way to remove that aside from perhaps using another camera app or using some jailbreak tweak that might offer that ability of you are jailbroken.

That said, as mentioned in other replies, when the phone is locked and the camera is used then all that is shown there are the photos that were taken during that session, and no others. When the phone is unlocked, it just shows the last photo that was taken and can be used go through all photos as the camera app is linked with the photos app (but in an unlocked state that part doesn't play as much of a role as far as providing access to other photos since the Photos app can be used for that just as easily given that the phone is already unlocked).

If you have a passcode set and use Touch ID no one can see any photos from the lock screen.

    - Open the camera app from the lock screen (swipe up on the camera icon in the lock screen.)
    - Take a photo.
    - You'll of course see the previous photo taken in the bottom corner.
    - Tapping on it will take you to photos just taken in that "session".

    However!

    - Press home to leave the camera app and take you back to the lock screen.
    - Swipe up on the camera icon again and you should see the same grey square like the image I posted above.
    - Tapping on it takes you to a screen with no photos, not even the previous ones you just took before closing and re-opening camera. (and requires passcode/Touch ID to access the "All Albums" option in the top corner.)

How is this a big privacy concern when it is your own private phone and you can choose not to let others use it.
