removing programs

whats the best way to go out and uninstall applications that have been installed on the computer, and to make sure it cleans out everything that came with it

I use AppTrap because it runs automatically when you drag an application to the trash, and it will ask if you wanna delete all the related files. So no opening of a third party app is necessary. 🙂
