removing "safe" wireless networks

I connected to a couple wireless networks today and I said yes to the box that asks if I wanted to make these networks classified as safe how do I remove these networks from the safe list?

Yes, please advise. I've somehow put "default" onto my safe list, so now I keep connecting (poorly) to the guy upstairs instead of my perfectly wonderful network of my very own.
