Removing security measures for Admin

I'm signed in as the admin in the accounts section and I'm getting pretty tired of all the prompts to "authenticate" every time I copy a file or move a folder.
What's the point of being the admin?

In iTunes, I can't even edit some of the song titles or even import CD's?

I went to the Genius Bar and the guy told me to stay in my home folder and move all files to the home folder. I hate this, but I moved everything to my home folder and still I get these ridiculous prompts.

I opened up preferences accounts and unlocked everything I could find, but still no go. I'm the only user on this MBP, help please?
