iPod removing tags from MP3s

anyone know how to competely remove them, i want the file to show up exactly how i named it when i open it in iTunes 😕

It's a good idea to name it from within iTunes. Then, select all the songs (COMMAND-A) and use the Get Info function (COMMAND-I) and delete all the fields you don't want. 🙂
