I am not an audio professional by any chance, I am more the visual type of human being, but as that track you linked to is only a mixed down stereo version, the voice is no longer separate from the music and thus very hard to impossible to remove, since audio is represented in frequencies and the voice frequencies overlap with the music frequencies.
A highly trained audio technician might be able to do something with the right equipment to analyse the frequencies in order to filter them, but it would be easier to learn piano or keyboard or work with GarageBand's instruments than to remove the voice.

Anyway, thanks for the new music. ;)

Using the right hardware and software you can run it through a good FFT and get the music into the frequency spectrum, and from there you can start to remove the vocal range. Then you can recombine it and end up with just the music. BUT this isn't perfect, you'll be losing data and it is time consuming and not trivial.

Easier to just find an instrumental version.

The original song is very (how should I put this?) fast? Electric? This is an acoustic version so I can't find an instrumental version :( thanks for responding though.
