Bought a mini, like it. Installed VMWare Fusion and XP, nothing but trouble. Lock ups, can't go from XP to Mac and back, printers not recognized. How the heck do I remove XP??? Searched everywhere and can't find it.

There should be a VMware folder in your Library or in your Home Folder (don't remember which one) and just remove the hard drive to Windows XP. To remove VMWare, download App Cleaner and search for VMWare.

VMware saves guest OSes as individual files. All that is required is to delete a file inside where your OSes are stored.
