Rename Mac Hard Disk?

So when you do a fresh install of OSX and the hard drive partition you installed it on is called "Untitled1"... is it possible to rename it after installation of OSX? If so.. how?

Click on the disk icon. Hit "enter." The name will be highlighted and you can change it.
