Renaming the Admin account on iMac

I had my hard drive recently repaired under warranty, and now when I click on my HD, under places I have desktop, TEST, applications, and documents.

I am pretty sure the TEST was set up when apple installed a new hard drive, and that is where my user name would normally be.

How do I change this back?

hhhmm im guessing that the apple tech's named it that, i wouldnt really recommend changing it because it would most likely stuff up the admin account, rendering your computer useless.

either leave it, or take it back and ask them to change it.
