Renewal help

    My account (single user) is set to expire on the 19th, so I've purchased a retail box of MobileMe (family pack) as it was going very very cheap.

    I've entered the activation code to renew and upgrade my current account.

    But it still says a total of £10.24 (screenshot attached).

    Do they want to charge me that amount? Even though I've already paid.. ?

    I've contacted Apple, all they said was turn off auto renew, which was greyed out and unable to be changed. They did not answer about the total amount and still havent answered after sending the email 2 days ago.

    Have you opted for a family pack?

    If yes then you bought the single user key and must pay that pound 10 on the 19th when your account renews!

    I really dont understand what's happened.

    A family pack is £89, single user being £59. I managed to find a family pack for £40 which is why I bought it.

    Seems like somethings gone wrong with MMe while charging your account with the code! Its only credited your account with GBP48 instead of the GBP59 for the single user license it should have!

    P.S.: is there something that Im missing or you haven't mentioned?
