iOS Renewing contracts?

My iTunes contracts (not to be confused with certificates or provisioning profiles) are set to expire at the end of this month, but I can't find any information about renewing them. iTunes Connect says something about a renew contract link appearing 90 days prior to the expiration, but that hasn't happened.

Has anyone looked into this?
