iPod touch Repair damaged ipod touch rear case

I dropped my ipod touch and shattered the glass. I have ordered and received a replacement digitizer, but how do I go about repairing the bent case corner. The new glass of course is not fitting like it should with the corner damaged...I attempted to apply some force to the corner from the inside but it didn't seem to move. Any suggestions? Thanks

2 year old iPod....and 3 hrs from apple store... Nope never took it there.
