Hello! I took my phone into store today as it has dust in the camera lens. They have tried to replace the camera which did not solve the problem so have ordered me a replacement phone which I have to go and collect in a few days to do an exchange. Its a pain for me to get to my local store and literally means taking a whole day to visit. I realised I can do express replacements as I have AppleCare plus, so this has been arranged through a web chat I have with them. This is far more convenient for me. I assume t when they phone up I just tell them Ive sorted it through AppleCare and they will cancel the exchange? I also assume the AppleCare plan is transferred to the new phone automatically?
