I sent my MBP into Apple’s repair center in Memphis. I shipped it Monday 2/15, it was in Memphis 2/18, but due to weather it still hasn’t been delivered to Apple for repair. Has anyone else seen this kind of delay? I understand weather, but this seems a bit ridiculous.

Sometimes, there can be a delay of 7 - 10 days before Apple starts looking at the device and the status is updated. Given that most stores are closed and people are having to ship their device, I wouldn't worry at this point.

Apple confirmed they haven’t even received the shipment yet, that’s what annoys me.

It was a temporary location... when I ordered my MB and changed an address it added a month to my shipping date.

Yea apparently Fedex HUB at Memphis, TN was shut down all wee last week since the 14th. I had a apple product return which arrived at Memphis on 2/14 and no movement and daily I get the Fedex service alert. However it started moving on following Sunday 2/21/2021 and was finally delivered on 2/23/2021.

Same issue, I dropped off my MBP for battery replacement February 17th and it is still in Chicago. Just got off the phone with FEDEX and they indicated they are behind and working on logistics to get packages moving again.

Incredibly frustrating.
