How do I do this? Do I insert the install DVD in and restart? Will I have to re-enter all of my info for Mail and set up my whole computer again?!
 
OK, I found outthat that is the way to repair the disk. But, does this mean that when I restart the Mac again w/o the disk on my normal HD, I will have to set up my computer again?
