Repartitioning Leopard?

I have Leopard and a WinXP bootcamp partition installed on a single HDD in my macbook.

I want to create a separate partition for the 'users' folder and contents. I've made a disk image using SuperDuper! which contains all files, just in case something goes wrong.

Is it possible to do this? How would I go about doing this, non-destructively ?

There is tool called iPartition that lets you to repartition HDD without reformatting. Another one is DiskStudio. Not free.
