Repeat email alert Lockinfo

Hi guys

The repeat alert in lockinfo for emails doesn't work. It works fine for text messages just not email. Any ideas?

Have you contacted the developer? is this a issue for other lockinfo users?

Ended up doing a complete restore and it's working again now
