Repeated Junk Email

I seem to keep getting the same junk email over and over on my iPhone 7 Plus. I've put this email in the Mail Junk Folder on my MBP, yet it keeps showing up on my iPhone. Even when I put it the iPhone's Mail Junk Folder. I thought Mail learned and wouldn't let this email from the same address come through once it was placed in the Junk Folder.
