iPod replace CF Card with iPod Photo

is it possible to transfer pics form my camera straight to my iPod photo without going through the CF card? something like a "real time transfering" i have a photo dock connector, iPod photo and a Canon 10D.

No. Plus a high-speed CF card is better since you can delete/review your pics on the camera.
