Doubtful.
The Note 3 did not replace my Mini. I am speaking about enjoyment of videos and games, I obviously know they are on a different OS.

Apple might have lost a sale on a mini for me. I plan on using my iPhone 6+ just like I would have if I had bought a mini. My iPad 3 is getting a bit aged for games, but I use it all the time for reading/'net surfing. I was contemplating getting a new iPad for games, but with a 64GB iPhone and 5.5", I'll be pleased to game on it. 😎
