Replaced iPhone 3G.. where did my apps go?

i synced my phone using an old backup and none of my apps etc loaded onto my phone... can anybody help me???? 🙂 thanks

Yes, go to Itunes and sync them back.
When you restore from backup all your settings, contacts, texts, alarms etc.. are all put back but things like apps, music, videos, ringtones you have to sync up again.

I clicked all that stuff that i wanted to sync onto my phone and it didn't work

Try it again, if it synced properly they should all be there.
It should also take a while to sync all that stuff back.
