Resolved Replaced Logic Board on iMac 11,2

I have replaced the logic board on my iMac and after I did it I reinstalled macOS high Sierra and it won’t boot normally it just stays stuck on the loading bar but it does boot into safe mode, and when it does get into macOS normally the graphics glitch out and the screen freezes
