Replaced SIM card: No data service!

Hey, so I've been having 3G/EDGE reception problems like almost everyone in this forum... So one solution I read was to have the SIM card replaced.

Now that I did that, I have FULL bars, but... no EDGE or 3G... at all.

Anyone else come across this? I'm guessing I have to get the SIM card swapped yet again.
