Replacement battery for Macbook Pro Early 2011

    This question has been asked countless threads, since you did not bother searching I'll be nice and give you a summary:

    Other brands do exist, quality is flaky at best, and most are poorly made knockoffs and are a fire hazard.

    Surely you're not cheap enough to risk burning down your house?

    I have been told Apple doesn't make batteries for Macbooks anymore. I found in OWC site a battery costing $ 99. Is it a good brand?

    Ask your local Apple Store or AASP, they will do it for a nominal fee as your 2011's battery is considered to be "non user replaceable".
