Replacement dvd drive for imac

    My dvd player has gone in my imac, it simply wont read dvd's anymore :eek:.

    Does anyone know of a good external replacement?

    I don't know if you live near an authorized service place, but you'll find that an internal drive can be installed quickly and cheap. Unless you really want an external drive, this might be a good option. I bought an internal CD/DVD burner for a G4 imac for less than $100 here.
