Replacement Issue

    hi, i'm new here. i just received my new macbook pro late 2008 model and i am noticing that i have a lose battery cover and on the right side of the laptop the lid is warped upward. I want to know what number to call to get a replacement laptop. I also want to know the hours that i can call.

    You've not said what country you're in so..

    Ring up customer services and explain why you're unhappy.

    im actually from us, but do i need to be within 14 days of purchase to get a replacement?

    i'm having a new battery cover shipped to me. just call apple.

    are you serious?! they had me send my whole computer back and i've been waiting for a week and my new one hasn't even shipped yet. i'm a little pissed at apple.

    so i called apple and i have to ship my laptop in for apple to fix it. if they cant then i will get a replacement.
