Replacement order

So stopped by my Apple store earlier today for a 4th replacement iPad 2 because of light bleeding and they gave a new one with week 20 build date. This replacement had no light bleeding but has the frame coming apart. The Genius assured me it was new and will order me a new one. He said it takes about 4-5 days.

How long will it really take?
