replacement phone needs replacement?

So apple replaced my phone today because the volume was intermittent and the I kept getting a buzzing sound in my ear on calls. Well, my replacement phone failed to restore twice with a blue screen. It was working fine, and I just got a blue screen sending a text and it rebooted. WTF. Should I get another phone from them?
