Replacing Folder Icons...

So I just downloaded a nice set of glassy looking folder icons to replace the ones in my Finder.

And..ermm..... now I don't know how to replace the preinstalled ones with the new ones !!! 😱

Anyone care to help me out with this? I'd be ever so grateful! Thanx! 🙂

Did these icons come as .icns files or as folders with the icons preinstalled on them?

Edit: Oh, you want to replace all of your folder icons? So they came as .icns files?

CandyBar is probably the easiest way to change the system icons imo.

Since I wasn't able to find this original thread this morning when I looked for it, even with using the search tool, I started another thread.. same topic. I though perhaps my original thread of last night got lost in cyberspace or something crazy like that. I apologize for the double thread.

At any rate, I got everything worked out with Candycane and I'm good to go.
