Replacing Iphone 6s plus screen easy?

Is replacing the iphone 6s plus screen pretty easy? from what I have researched it seems to be pretty easy to replace but i thought I would ask here before i tackle it myself. I replace my mac mini hard drive with ssd and have open phones and replace motherboards before

First: why will you replace it?
Second: watch out, the screen has adhesive underneath.
Third: your phone will have a decreased splash resistance (iPhone 6s is not IP rated, but it is better protected than the iPhone 6).
