Replacing lost Address Book in Dock

[I'm 5 ft 8]

My address book has disappeared from my Dock. I looked in Applications and it not there either. Anybody have any suggestions what the solution to this problem ?

Try to Spotlight it. It's the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of your screen. If it finds it, the app probably got moved somewhere on accident. I'd move it back into your Applications folder. If it can't find it, maybe you deleted the app.

After you find it with Spotlight, move it to the Applications folder, then go to Macintosh HD > Applications > Address Book and drag it to your dock.

OK, I found it using Spotlight. Now my next question is what do I click on to drag it into my Applications folder ?

Click on "Show All" Then drag the icon into the dock once you find it in the finder display.
