Replacing lower quality song files with the higher ones in iTunes Match

I initially subscribed to iTunes Match as a backup for my music and I then downsized my music to save space on my hard drive and iphone.

I have since gotten a larger drive for my Macbook, and am really happy to finally get a 128gb iphone, I've been waiting a looooong time.

So what I would like to do is replace the music I have at 192khz to the 256khz iTunes Match offers.

Is there a way to download the music from iTunes Match and have it simply replace the music it is upgrading rather than duplicate it making me have to delete duplicate songs down the line? I have a lot of music, and a lot on iTunes Match, but a lot NOT on.

Any help would be appreciated.
